WGO Membership Distribution

The World Gastroenterology Organisation represents a tiered membership system depicted in the chart below. Individual members are represented by their respective national societies who in turn are part of a regional structure. Both national societies and regional associations are official members of WGO. Individual members interested in belonging to WGO must apply through their national societies. WGO programs and activities are designed to complement those presented by the national and regional GI bodies.
