Train the Trainers - Program and Faculty

Members of the TTT faculty are often comprised of both international and local educators and are carefully selected for each workshop according to their experience as educationalists. TTT faculty are provided with the necessary educational materials months in advance in preparation for the workshop. The program runs over four full days and is divided into the following modules:

  • Module 9: Breakout Session: Papers for Critical Appraisal

  • Module 11: Presentations
  • Module 12: Trial Design
  • Module 13: Breakout Session: Trial Design
  • Module 14: Assessment & Appraisal
  • Module 15: Credentialing
  • Module 16: Breakout Session: Assessment, Appraisal, & Credentialing
  • Module 17: Interpersonal Skills & Teamworking


The course is a combination of lectures and several breakout/interactive sessions with special exercises devised to involve all participants and all faculty. Emphasis is placed on "skills-training". Please note that the course is NOT aimed at teaching participants how to do gastroenterology.
