Train the Trainers - Workshops 2009
Two Train the Trainers workshops will take place in 2009:
- 1-2 April: Dubrovnik, Croatia Trial Design Workshop *New*
- 4-9 October: Santiago, Chile
The application process for both workshops is now closed.
Participants can only be nominated by their national society, which must be a member of WGO. Regrettably WGO cannot accept direct applications. To find out if your national society is a member of WGO, please visit the WGO membership section.
Dubrovnik, Croatia
Trial Design Workshop
Based on the principles of our successful Train the Trainers program, this is new workshop will run from April 1-2, 2009 and include both small group work and interactive learning sessions. Topics include: types of clinical trials, literature review, data analysis, statistics for clinicians, publication, and ethical considerations.

Santiago, Chile
In association with the Chilean Society of Gastroenterology, the Sociedad Argentina de Gastroenterología (SAGE) and the Federación Argentina de Gastroenterología (FAGE), WGO is pleased to offer this workshop at the WGO Training Center in Santiago. The workshop will run from October 4-9, 2009 and is co-organised by Dr. Roque Saenz.
